3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All materials, guides, playbooks, and templates purchased from Profit With Tech are solely for your personal and internal business use only.

• You may not resell, redistribute, modify and sell, or publicly share the materials (e.g., posting PDFs on a public forum or sharing download links).
• We do not grant Private Label Rights (PLR) or White Label rights to any of our digital products.

Your results vary depending on your execution, market conditions, and effort. Under no circumstances shall Profit With Tech, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.

5. Account & Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
